Let's go!

SUNDAY – Salvation, Faith & Spiritual Growth

Focus: Relationship with God
- Pray that they encounter God personally—not only through others. Ask God to reveal Himself in ways that are personal, real, and unmistakable. Pray that youth experience God’s presence in prayer, worship, Scripture, and quiet moments—not just through sermons, mentors, or group settings.
- Pray for a genuine hunger for God’s Word and presence. Ask the Holy Spirit to stir a desire within them to seek God, read Scripture, pray, and worship—not out of obligation, but out of curiosity, love, and longing. Pray that time with God becomes a place of peace and renewal.
- Pray that their faith grows strong, real, and lasting. Intercede that their faith is rooted deeply in truth, able to withstand doubts, challenges, and cultural pressure. Pray that belief matures into trust, obedience, and resilience over time.
- Pray for consistency and spiritual discipline. Ask God to help them develop healthy spiritual habits that support growth—regular prayer, Scripture reading, worship, and community.
- Pray for boldness and confidence in faith. Pray that youth are not ashamed of their faith and that they live it out with humility, courage, and love.
Read: Matthew 6:33; Psalm 42:1
Declaration: “You are growing strong in faith and truth.”
MONDAY – Identity & Worth

Focus: Who they are in Christ
- Pray that our youth know they are deeply loved, intentionally chosen, and created with divine purpose.

Ask that they experience God’s love not as a concept, but as a personal truth that settles their hearts and gives them confidence—even when they feel unseen or misunderstood.

- Pray that every lie spoken over their value, appearance, or worth is broken.
Break lies formed through comparison, rejection, bullying, social media pressure, trauma, or past mistakes. Pray that false labels—spoken by others or internalized over time—lose their power and are replaced with God’s truth.

- Pray that their identity is firmly rooted in Christ alone.
Ask that they do not define themselves by peer approval, performance, popularity, success, failure, or pain. Pray that Christ becomes the foundation of how they see themselves, make decisions, and envision their future.

- Pray for spiritual clarity and confidence.
Ask God to give them discernment to recognize His voice over every other voice, and courage to stand firm in who He created them to be.

Read: Psalm 139:14; Ephesians 1:4–5
Declaration: “You are God’s workmanship, created on purpose and for purpose.”
TUESDAY – Mind, Emotions & Mental Health
Focus: Peace, clarity, emotional strength
- Pray for peace to settle over every anxious, fearful, or overwhelmed thought.
Ask God to calm racing minds, quiet internal noise, and replace unrest with His supernatural peace. Pray that fear loses its grip and that anxiety no longer dictates emotions or reactions.

- Pray for emotional strength in seasons of heaviness.
Lift up youth who feel burdened by sadness, anger, frustration, or confusion. Ask God to strengthen their inner being, giving them resilience, stability, and hope even when emotions feel intense or unpredictable.

- Pray that God actively guards their thoughts and emotions.
Ask the Holy Spirit to stand as a guard over what enters their minds—through media, conversations, memories, and self-talk. Pray that harmful thoughts are intercepted and redirected by God’s truth.

- Pray for discernment to recognize lies and courage to choose truth.
Many struggles intensify when lies go unchallenged. Pray that youth quickly recognize thoughts that contradict God’s Word and have the wisdom to replace them with truth rooted in Scripture.

- Pray for help-seeking courage.
Ask God to give youth the confidence to speak up when they are struggling and to know that seeking help is an act of strength, not weakness.

Read: Philippians 4:6–7; 2 Timothy 1:7
Declaration: “Your mind is covered by the peace of God.”
WEDNESDAY – Protection & Environment

Focus: Where they live, learn, and connect
- Pray for God’s protection over every environment our youth enter.
Ask the Lord to cover homes, schools, activities, transportation, and online spaces.
- Pray that angels are assigned to guard them and that God’s presence goes before them and remains with them wherever they go.
- Pray for discernment and protection in relationships. Lift up friendships, peer connections, and influences. Pray that unhealthy, harmful, or deceptive relationships lose their grip, and that God places wise, supportive, and godly people in their lives—friends who encourage growth, not compromise.
- Pray that harmful influences are removed and godly influences increased. Ask God to gently but firmly disconnect youth from influences that lead them away from truth, safety, or purpose. Pray for teachers, mentors, coaches, and peers who will speak life, wisdom, and encouragement into them.
- Pray for safety—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Pray protection from accidents, violence, abuse, bullying, exploitation, and emotional harm. Ask God to guard their hearts from fear, intimidation, and manipulation, and to protect them from spiritual attacks that seek to confuse or discourage.
- Pray for spiritual covering and authority. Declare that the name of the Lord is a strong tower over them, and that they run into His presence and are safe. Ask God to build a hedge of protection around their lives that no weapon, scheme, or assignment of the enemy can penetrate.

Read: Psalm 91:1 – 4; Proverbs 18:10
Declaration: “No weapon formed against you will prosper.”
THURSDAY – Choices & Wisdom

Focus: Decisions and direction
- Pray for wisdom in everyday and long-term decisions. Ask God to give clear wisdom in friendships, dating relationships, social media use, academic choices, and lifestyle decisions. Pray that youth recognize which choices lead toward growth and which lead toward compromise.

- Pray for discernment to recognize warning signs and unhealthy patterns. Ask the Holy Spirit to sharpen their ability to sense when something looks appealing but is spiritually or emotionally harmful. Pray they recognize red flags early rather than learning through painful consequences.

- Pray for courage to say no—even when it’s unpopular. Many wrong decisions come from fear of rejection. Pray for strength to stand firm, confidence to set boundaries, and boldness to choose what is right even when peers push otherwise.

- Pray for the discipline to pause and seek God before reacting. Ask God to slow impulsive reactions fueled by emotion, pressure, or fear. Pray that youth learn to stop, pray, and ask God for guidance before responding or committing to decisions.

- Pray for alignment with God’s direction. Ask that their choices line up with God’s purpose and that He gently redirects them when they veer off course—without shame, but with grace and clarity.
Read: James 1:5; Proverbs 3:5–6
Declaration: “God orders your steps and guides your decisions.”
FRIDAY – Purpose, Calling & Future

Focus: Destiny and gifts
- Pray that their gifts are discovered, protected, and developed.
Ask God to reveal the unique gifts He has placed within them—spiritual, creative, intellectual, and relational. Pray that these gifts are not buried, misused, or exploited, but nurtured and developed in healthy environments with godly guidance.

- Pray that the enemy will not delay, distort, or destroy their future.
Intercede against distraction, discouragement, fear, premature responsibility, or destructive choices that could hinder growth. Pray that setbacks do not define them and that God redeems every season for good.

- Pray for confidence to walk into God’s plan without comparison or pressure.
Ask God to free them from comparing their journey to others. Pray that they trust God’s timing, remain patient in preparation seasons, and move forward boldly when doors open.

- Pray for divine alignment and open doors. Ask God to align mentors, opportunities, education, and experiences that support their calling. Pray that God closes doors that are harmful and opens doors that lead to growth and purpose.

- Pray for hope when the future feels uncertain. Lift up youth who feel anxious or unsure about what lies ahead. Pray that hope replaces fear and that they trust God even when the path is not yet clear.
Read: Jeremiah 29:11; Romans 8:28
Declaration: “Your future is secure in God’s hands.”
SATURDAY – Healing & Restoration
Focus: Hidden wounds and past pain

- Pray for healing from rejection, trauma, grief, disappointment, or abuse. Ask God to reach into places touched by loss, abandonment, betrayal, or fear. Pray that the Holy Spirit brings comfort where wounds were formed and that pain no longer defines identity or behavior.

- Pray that God heals memories and restores joy. Lift up memories that still cause emotional reactions, fear, or sadness. Ask God to gently replace the weight of painful memories with His truth, peace, and presence. Pray that joy returns—not as denial of pain, but as evidence of God’s healing work.

- Pray that they know they are not broken beyond repair. Declare that no wound is too deep, no past too heavy, and no mistake too great for God to heal. Pray that youth understand they are not damaged goods, but beloved children being restored by a loving Father.

- Pray for patience with the healing process. Ask God to help them trust His timing and to know healing unfolds step by step. Pray they are not discouraged if healing feels slow or incomplete at times.

- Pray for safe support and trusted voices. Ask God to surround them with people who listen without judgment and offer wisdom, compassion, and support when needed.
Read: Psalm 147:3; Isaiah 61:1–3
Declaration: “God is healing every place you’ve been wounded.”
